The Bardo Foundation at The White House

The Bardo Foundation recently attended the White House Cancer Moonshot event, which was dedicated to discussing the progress and plans towards reducing the death rate from cancer by at least 50% in the next 25 years and ending cancer as we know it today. The focus of the event was on pediatric cancer and childhood cancer.

The event was attended by doctors, researchers, patients, and parents who were all focused on finding better solutions for pediatric cancer. The Bardo Foundation was represented by its CoFounder, Bjarne Eggesbo, who advocated for better treatment for Osteosarcoma.

The event was hosted by President Joe Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, and was also attended by Dr. Catharine Young. The Bardo Foundation is grateful for the leadership of President Biden and his team for including childhood cancer in this important initiative.

The Bardo Foundation is proud to be a part of this movement to end childhood cancer. The White House Cancer Moonshot event was a major step towards ending cancer as we know it today, and the Bardo Foundation is honored to have been a part of it. We will continue to work towards our goal of ending childhood cancer and finding better solutions for pediatric cancer patients.
