Sean Hehir
Sean Hehir is a Principal and Managing Partner of Trinity Investments, where he also serves as President and CEO of Trinity Investments and Trinity Fund Advisors LLC. He oversees the firm’s investment activities, including sourcing and executing investment opportunities, formulating investment strategies, and structuring acquisitions. Before joining Trinity, he worked for HVS International.
Hehir earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a Diploma in Hotel Administration from the Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland. He is a board member of the Hawaii Business Roundtable and the Hawaii Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Angela Montoya Holguin
Angela Montoya Holguin brings extensive leadership experience from the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as Colombia’s Ambassador to Norway from 2019 to 2022, strengthening diplomatic and commercial ties. Previously, she was President and CEO of Acolgen, the Colombian Association of Power Generators, advancing energy policy and sustainability.
Montoya also led the "Colombia es Pasión" campaign, enhancing Colombia’s global image. She served as Minister of Communications and Technology, shaping tech policy, and directed ProColombia’s U.S. office, promoting Colombian exports and tourism. Her experience in diplomacy and public policy makes her a valuable addition to our advisory board.
Mariana Siblesz de Alvarez
Mariana Siblesz de Alvarez is a medical doctor who graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. Since 2003, she has lived in England, where she furthered her studies in Epidemiology at the University of London and earned a Master’s in Clinical Immunology from King’s College London. She currently serves as the President of the Chamos Foundation, which supports vulnerable children in Venezuela through programs in education, health, and water sanitation. Under her leadership, Chamos has grown its impact across the UK and Spain. Mariana lives in London with her husband and four children.
Stan Anderson
Stan Anderson brings decades of leadership and legal experience from his work in law and government. Most recently, he served on the Board of Trustees for Physicians Realty Trust and previously held board roles with CBRE and Aegis Communications Group. Anderson has a long-standing affiliation with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he has advised the President and CEO since 1997. Earlier in his career, he served in the Nixon and Ford administrations, including working under Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. Anderson continues to practice law in Washington, D.C., representing selective clients.

Juan brings financial knowledge and a global investors network product of over 27 years working in the financial markets in LA (Nestle Capital), NY (Goldman Sachs) London (Diageo, Barclays, Bear Stearns, RBS, Santander) and Madrid (where he founded the branches of Compagnie Financière Tradition, Deepwell and Makor Group). Currently he is MD of Makor Group in Spain, serves on the advisory boards of: CUNEF Universidad, Emeritus Executive Board of the Wharton Business School and Ocean Beer. He served on the Board of Canning House.
